Roy Rutishauser is a Ph.D. student and researcher at the University of Zurich, Department of Informatics, supervised by Prof. Thomas Fritz. His work focuses on developer information management and code curation tools.

Roy's research explores how developers consume, store, and rediscover web-based information during software development. He pioneered the SALI approach for semi-automated linking of web pages to source code locations, enhancing collaborative code understanding and maintenance efficiency.
He co-organizes the annual Software Engineering Lab at UZH and supervises student projects in code analysis and developer productivity tools. His recent publications center on IDE integration techniques, information persistence strategies, and collaborative software engineering workflows.
