Roxanne Gifford serves as an Assistant Professor and BSN Coordinator at the School of Public Service, Columbia College. She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (D.N.P.) in Leadership & Health Innovations from the University of Missouri-Columbia, alongside advanced degrees in Rural Family Nursing-Nurse Educator (M.S.N.) and dual undergraduate qualifications in Biology and Nursing.
