Ross Moret

Ross Moret, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Religion at Florida State University, part of the College of Arts and Sciences. He earned his Ph.D. from Florida State's Religion, Ethics, and Philosophy program.

• Research Focus: Christian and Muslim political ethics, examining how social science contributes to understanding the development, maintenance, and challenge of norms in group life.
• Publications: Appeared in The Journal of Religious Ethics, Journal of Religion and Society, Religions, and Soundings: An Interdisciplinary Journal.
• Leadership Roles: Faculty Director for Power of WE (fostering civil dialogue) and Honors Program liaison for the Oxford Consortium for Human Rights.
