Ross Jahnke is an Adjunct Professor of Education at Bethel University since 2011. He holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of Wisconsin (2005), an M.A. in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary (2010), an M.A. in Theology from Duke University (2011), and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Bethel University (2018).
His research focuses on leadership behaviors, trust in higher education, and the integration of ethical and theological frameworks into leadership practices. He has presented at conferences such as the Higher Learning Commission Annual Conference and the International Leadership Association Global Conference, addressing topics like enrollment management, fiscal leadership, and assessment of student learning.
Ross teaches courses including Budgeting and Fiscal Management in Higher Education, Theology of Leadership and Vocation, and Worldview, Ethics, and Leadership. His work emphasizes bridging academic theory with practical leadership challenges in higher education institutions.
