Roseann Rinear

Roseann Rinear is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Education at Pacific Oaks College, teaching online. With over 42 years of experience in child development and education leadership, she has taught at institutions such as Cuyamaca College, Southwestern College, UC Davis, UCSD, SDSU, and the San Diego Community College District.
