Rose Gamble

Dr. Rose Gamble is a Professor of Cyber Studies and the Tandy Endowed Chair in Computer Science Engineering at The University of Tulsa. She serves as Vice President for Research & Economic Development and directs the software engineering and architecture team, focusing on security and functional assurance for autonomous systems. Her research is supported by the Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) for smart installation virtual reality projects.

• Education: D.Sc. and M.S. in Computer Science (Washington University), B.S. in Mathematics & Computer Science (Westminster College)

Her research spans self-adaptive autonomous systems, IoT security, service mesh architecture, and human-machine teaming. A recurring theme in her recent publications is securing microservices and cyber-physical systems through dynamic compliance, trust evaluation, and game-theoretic approaches for self-organization. She has received the Outstanding Researcher Award (2019) for her contributions.
