Rose Baker

Rose Baker is an Associate Professor and Director of the BAS Program at the University of North Texas (UNT). She holds a PhD in Instructional Systems from The Pennsylvania State University (2006), an MEd in Adult Education (1999), and a BA in Mathematics and Chemistry from Washington and Jefferson College (1987). Her research focuses on workplace learning investments, career and technology education, management techniques, economic analysis, and training outcomes evaluation. She has contributed to over 50 peer-reviewed articles since 2008, addressing topics ranging from project management to pandemic healthcare policies. Her work often bridges organizational behavior, educational technology, and complex systems theory.

Recent publications (2020–2024) explore digital tutoring innovations, automation in banking, and crisis management. Baker is affiliated with UNT’s Discovery Park Building and actively engaged in curriculum design for the BAS Program.
