Roojin Habibi is an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law (Common Law Section), with affiliations to the Centre for Health Law, Policy and Ethics, Human Rights Research and Education Centre, and Global Strategy Lab. She serves on WHO expert committees and co-chairs the American Society of International Law’s Global Health Law Interest Group.

Recent publications analyze WHO International Health Regulations amendments, vaccine equity, and commercial determinants of health. She has led international consensus statements like the Stellenbosch Consensus and Principles and Guidelines on Human Rights and Public Health Emergencies.
