Ronald E. Williams

Ronald E. Williams is a Professor of Liberal Arts at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), holding this position since 2019. Previously, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Bainbridge College (1999–2004). His professional experience includes roles in human resources, business development, and management consulting. Williams holds an M.B.A. in business from Auburn University and a B.S. in laboratory technology, also from Auburn University.

He has certifications in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP) and coaching (CTACC). His work experience spans diverse sectors, including healthcare (Hospice Savannah, American Cancer Society), retail (Belk Stores, Saks, Inc.), and manufacturing (Carter Manufacturing). He currently owns Gain Perspectives, a business development consultancy.

Williams’ publication focuses on creative business planning. His professional affiliations include the International Coach Federation, Young Professionals of Savannah, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
