Ronald D. Freeze

Ronald D. Freeze is a Teaching Professor and Director of the Enterprise Systems Program at the University of Arkansas' Walton College of Business, Department of Information Systems. He earned a PhD in Information Systems from Arizona State University (2006), an MBA in Management Information Systems from University of Missouri-Kansas City (2001), and a BS in Electrical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (1987).

His research focuses on information technology-business value alignment, with particular emphasis on knowledge management capabilities, ERP implementation challenges, and expert system adoption.
