Dr. Ronald Allen is a Professor of Practice and Director of the Doctoral Program in the Department of Behavior Analysis at Simmons University. He is a radical behaviorist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), trained in the experimental analysis of behavior following the traditions of B.F. Skinner and Murray Sidman. With extensive experience since 2007, he specializes in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and managing challenging behaviors through behavioral interventions.
- Research Interests: negatively reinforced behaviors, derived stimulus relations, social conditioned reinforcers, schedule-induced phenomena, and ethical issues in behavior analysis.
