Ron Aldrich is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico, affiliated with the School of Public Administration and College of Population Health. With over five decades of leadership in U.S. healthcare organizations, he has held CEO roles at three healthcare systems and contributed to major mergers, including the founding of Catholic Health Initiatives. His expertise spans healthcare governance, nonprofit leadership, and health equity.
