Ron Aldrich

Ron Aldrich is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico, affiliated with the School of Public Administration and College of Population Health. With over five decades of leadership in U.S. healthcare organizations, he has held CEO roles at three healthcare systems and contributed to major mergers, including the founding of Catholic Health Initiatives. His expertise spans healthcare governance, nonprofit leadership, and health equity.

• Education: MBA in Health & Hospital Administration (University of Florida, 1966), BA in Economics (University of South Florida, 1964)

His research and teaching interests focus on healthcare administration, public health policy, and community wellness initiatives. Notably, he co-led the development of Villa Therese Catholic Clinic's new facility in Santa Fe and advises on health equity through the NMHE/ACHE Mentorship Program.
