Román Liera

Román Liera is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Montclair State University's College for Education and Engaged Learning. His research focuses on racial equity and organizational change in higher education, utilizing qualitative methods to analyze systemic racism in doctoral student socialization, faculty hiring, tenure processes, and presidential leadership.
