Romițan Ciprian Raul

Romițan Ciprian Raul is a Lecturer at the Romanian-American University since October 2019, following a tenure as Associate Lecturer from 2017 to 2019. He holds a Doctor of Law degree with a doctoral thesis on 'Criminal Protection of Intellectual Property' (2006) and completed postgraduate specialization in 'Civil and Commercial Law' (2001–2002).

His research focuses on intersectional legal studies, particularly in intellectual property rights and family law. Romițan has also been recognized for his contributions to legal scholarship through awards from the Romanian Jurists' Union.
