Roman V. Galperin

Roman V. Galperin is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. His research examines how perceptions of competence and expertise influence professional service markets, organizational knowledge exchange, hiring practices, and career trajectories of knowledge workers. Prior to his current role, he taught at Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School (receiving a Discovery Award for collaborative neuroscience research), held an NSF-ASA Postdoctoral Fellowship at Cornell University, and was an Edward J. Safra Network Fellow at Harvard University. From 2013 to 2016, he served as a Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
