Professor Roman Kislov is a Professor of Health Policy and Management at Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School, serving as REF UoA Lead for Outputs and Environment. He leads the Centre for Decent Work and Productivity and previously directed its Work, Management and Leadership Capabilities Knowledge Platform. His expertise spans qualitative research in knowledge mobilisation, communities of practice, boundary spanning, and healthcare implementation science. Kislov holds visiting positions at The University of Manchester and Queensland University of Technology, and serves as Associate Editor of Implementation Science Communications. He is Deputy Theme Lead for Implementation Science in the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration Greater Manchester and leads the Care Work initiative under the NIHR Adult Social Care Workforce Research Partnership.
