Rohan Jotwani

Rohan Jotwani, MD, MBA is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology and the Nanette Laitman Education Scholar in Entrepreneurship at Weill Cornell Medical College. His expertise spans pain medicine, anesthesiology, and medical extended reality (XR). He completed his MD and MBA at Tufts University, followed by residency at Weill Cornell/Hospital for Special Surgery/Memorial Sloan Kettering, and a Harvard/BWH pain fellowship.

Research focuses on integrating VR/XR into medical education and pain treatment. He leads AI-powered end-of-life care training (ACGME-funded) and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Medical Extended Reality. Awards include being elected Chief Resident during NYC's 2020 pandemic surge and recognition for innovation in medtech.
