Rohan Genrich

Rohan Genrich is a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at the University of Southern Queensland. His research examines eLearning impacts on organizational productivity, technology adoption in education, and career-focused curriculum development for information technology fields.

Genrich develops interventions to improve student perceptions of IT careers, particularly in regional schools. He co-authored the textbook Principles of Information Systems and investigates barriers to technology implementation in educational contexts.

Current doctoral supervisions include projects on eLearning productivity and business intelligence adoption in ERP systems. Genrich's work addresses digital literacy challenges across generations, including studies on student research behaviors and mobile learning adoption.
