Roger W. Liska, EdD, is a Professor in the Nieri Department of Construction and Real Estate Development at Clemson University’s College of Architecture, Art and Construction. His roles include teaching, research, and extensive professional service in construction education and industry.
Education: Ed.D. from the University of Georgia.
Research Focus: Construction Personnel and Training, Productivity Analysis, Quality Improvement, Workforce Issues, and Best Practices. He consults on structural analysis and design while maintaining 30+ years in post-secondary construction education.
Awards/Honors:
- Fellow of the American Institute of Constructors (FAIC)
- Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, UK (FCIOB)
Teaching & Service: Teaches core construction management courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. Serves on the American Institute of Constructors’ Certification Commission, American Council for Construction Education committees, and Pickens County Habitat for Humanity Board. Faculty advisor to the CSM Constructors Guild.
