Rodrigo Mena Fluhmann

Dr. Rodrigo Mena is Assistant Professor of Disasters and Humanitarian Governance at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He serves as Deputy Director of the Humanitarian Studies Centre and coordinates the Safety and Security Research Initiative. His research examines disaster response in fragile and conflict-affected regions.
