Prof. Rodney D Chrisman teaches Business Associations, Jurisprudence, and Legal History at Liberty University School of Law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he received the Colvin P. Rouse Kentucky Law Journal Award and Kentucky Bar Association Student Writing Competition first prize. His research examines constitutional implications of administrative actions and empirical analyses of business entity formations.
His scholarship addresses:
- Limits of executive power in education policy
- Evolution of business entity structures
- Securities litigation requirements
Courses taught include Business Planning, Lawyering Skills, and specialized seminars on legal history. Maintains an active blog discussing Christian approaches to law and legal philosophy.
