Rodney Alejandro

Rodney Alejandro is an Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music, specializing in Songwriting and Music Production. He holds a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the entertainment industry, blending performance, composition, and education.

• Previously served as keyboardist/music director for the international pop band The Script.
• Collaborated with renowned artists including Quincy Jones, Sting, Ray Charles, and Stevie Wonder.
• Recipient of Billboard Latin Pop Album of the Year (2004) and Grammy/Latin Grammy nominations.
• Composed main title music for the Golden Globe-winning series The Shield and worked on the drama series Thief.

Education: Alumnus of Berklee College of Music, honored as 2006 Alumnus of the Year. Recognized for music education advocacy (2011).
