Roderick Rolle is an Instructor II in the Department of Biological Sciences at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), where he teaches since 2016. He holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Tennessee State University (2004) and has a postdoctoral background in Neuroscience from Florida A&M University (2005). He is Board-Certified as a Clinical Lab Director in Florida and a current member of the American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and National Science Teacher Association (NSTA).

Publications: His research has centered on characterizing Bacillus thuringiensis strains, plasmid analysis, and neurotoxin effects. Recent work includes studies on bacterial strain diversity and toxin production mechanisms.
