Rod Edmunds is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law, Queen Mary University of London. He joined the university in 2003 and has prior experience at Sussex University and the University of Nottingham. He holds a BA (Law) and LLB from Downing College, Cambridge, specializing in Public International Law.
His research focuses on two main areas: property law, including planning controls, statutory wills, and fiduciary duties of trustees and company directors, and the legal framework for victim participation at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
