Rocio Carlos is an Associate Professor in Humanities and Sciences. Her creative practice spans poetry, collaborative writing, and literary curation, with affiliations including co-publishing the Wirecutter Collective and forthcoming publications.
Research Focus: Carlos explores interdisciplinary intersections through:
- Queer literary frameworks and magical realism techniques
- Experimental narrative structures in poetry and prose
- Collaborative creation models across artistic disciplines
- Cultural identity representations in contemporary literature
Publications: Her four major creative works (2012-2018) exhibit progression from individual mythological explorations toward collaborative feminist experiments. Recent works increasingly engage with interdisciplinary art and digital publishing formats.
