Robyn Wilde

Robyn Wilde is a Professor in the Department of Natural Science at Oregon Tech, specializing in theoretical studies of electron, positron, and positronium collisions with atoms, molecules, and crystal surfaces. She earned her Ph.D. in physics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2000, focusing on atomic and molecular physics.

Her research bridges quantum mechanics and scattering theory, with applications in surface physics and positronium interactions. Wilde joined Oregon Tech in 2002 after completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Oklahoma. Outside academia, she enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and spending time with her two children in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
