Robyn Pinder

Robyn Pinder is a Lecturer and Course Leader for the BSc (Hons) Community Football Coaching and Administration (Top Up) at the University of South Wales. She leads five modules across blended programmes, including Sport Coaching, Event Management, and Leadership. Affiliated with the Faculty of Life Sciences and Education, her work focuses on women in football and sport coaching philosophy. She holds a UEFA B Licence and coaches a top-tier Welsh football team.

• Current Studies: Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education at USW.

Her research interests explore football philosophy, gender equity in sport leadership, and ethical issues in sports governance. She actively participates in the Football Association of Wales Equality Advisory Group and the British Philosophy of Sport Association's executive committee.

Publications include critical analyses of gambling sponsorship in football and gender equity in UK sport leadership. She champions equality, inclusion, and diversity initiatives within her academic and professional roles.
