Dr. Robyn Phillips-Madson is a Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health and Founding Dean (retired) at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine. With 27 years of clinical practice in family medicine, she led Pacific Northwest University College of Osteopathic Medicine to full accreditation and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation.
Her research explores social determinants of health, health policy, public health, ethics, and community-oriented primary care. She serves as Director of Medical Education at the Ulrich and Ruth Frank Foundation and contributes to public health advisory boards.
