Robyn McCarthy

Robyn McCarthy is Lecturer in Education Studies at the University of Tasmania's School of Education, specializing in foundational education, professional studies, and trauma-informed practices. She developed the classroom observation program for first-year education students and investigates teacher creativity/resilience.

Her PhD explored early career teachers' perceptions of creativity and resilience. Current research includes trauma-informed practice integration in teacher education and Trust-Based Relational Intervention evaluations.
