She developed frameworks like the Flow Culture Pyramid and Tech-Culture Symbiosis to enhance leadership and organizational development through cultural understanding.
Dr. Lewter is an author and speaker, known for her books Squeezing the Lemon: Unleash Your Inner Maverick and They Never Loved You-But You Will, which focus on personal healing and reinvention. She has delivered keynote addresses for organizations like the Breast Cancer Foundation in Washington, DC, and designed empowerment workshops for AARP. Her community initiatives include a self-esteem program for teen mothers in Accra, Ghana, integrating mental wellness and cultural pride.
