Robin de Vries

Robin de Vries is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Groningen. His research focuses on bankruptcy fraud detection, corporate law, labor law, and tax law. He joined the Business Law and Labor Law Section in 2017 and completed his PhD thesis on the fraud-signaling duties of bankruptcy trustees in 2024.
