Robin Soffer is an Associate Professor of Instruction in the Kapnick Center for Business Institutions at Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences, and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Segal Design Institute within McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. She teaches Accounting in undergraduate programs and contributes to graduate programs including the Master of Product Design and Development Management and the Master in Engineering Management. She previously held roles as a Vice President at Quaker Oats Company and ran a consulting firm focused on strategy, change management, and instructional design.
