Robin Snead is a Lecturer in the Department of English, Theatre, and World Languages at the University of North Carolina Pembroke (UNC-Pembroke). She also serves as faculty in the College Opportunity Program, where she teaches composition courses. Snead holds a Ph.D. in Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media from North Carolina State University.

Research Interests:
Snead’s work focuses on Multimodal Communication, Composition Pedagogy, and Composing Processes. Her scholarship explores how digital tools and multimodal practices enhance teaching and learning in composition studies. Her publications appear in Computers and Composition, Across the Disciplines, and edited collections, and she regularly presents at the Conference on College Composition and Communication.
Teaching and Affiliations:
Snead is affiliated with the Center for Student Success and teaches in the English department. Her office hours are held on Mondays 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and Wednesdays 12:00 PM–2:00 PM.
