Robin S. Cox is a Professor and Program Head for the Climate Action Leadership programs at Royal Roads University, within the School of Humanitarian Studies. She directs the Resilience by Design (RbD) Research Innovation Lab, focusing on multigenerational climate action and disaster resilience.

Research Interests center on climate change adaptation, disaster psychosocial response, youth engagement in environmental crises, and community resilience frameworks. Her work bridges climate science with social capital and place attachment theories.
