Robin Hackett is Professor of English and Core Faculty in Women's Studies at the University of New Hampshire, College of Liberal Arts. She holds a Ph.D. from City University of New York and specializes in literary modernism, feminist/queer theories, and women writers.
Her research explores feminist reappraisals of modernism, LGBTQ literary traditions, and political dimensions of academic discourse. Seminal works include Sapphic Primitivism: Productions of Race, Class and Sexuality (Rutgers UP) and edited collections on affective materialities in modernist literature.
Publications demonstrate persistent engagement with Virginia Woolf scholarship, feminist pedagogy, and cultural politics of adaptation. Recent work addresses academic freedom challenges and archival methodologies.
