Robin A. Weaver is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at Northern Illinois University (NIU). With over 35 years of local government experience, she focuses on sustainability, citizen engagement, public works, and workforce development in local government. She previously served as Village Administrator in Roselle, Illinois, and retired as Director of Public Works in Normal, Illinois, before transitioning to her encore career in academia, consulting, and international mentorship.
