Roberto Rey Agudo

Roberto Rey Agudo is a Research Assistant Professor and Language Program Director in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Dartmouth College, where he has taught since 2016. He oversees the Spanish language curriculum, including courses like Spanish 1-3, Spanish 9 (Culture and Conversation), and Spanish 53 (Bilingualism). In 2022, he directed Dartmouth's Language Study Abroad program in Barcelona.

He earned his Ph.D. from Universidad Complutense. His research focuses on language pedagogy, bilingualism, and equity in education, with expertise spanning curricular design, instructional technology, and experiential learning. Key areas include Spanish in the US, accessibility in language education, and public scholarship.
