Roberto Rafael Luchi

Roberto Rafael Luchi is a Full Professor in the Academic Area of Operations and Technology Management at IAE Business School, where he teaches Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and Innovation and Creativity Management across all IAE programs. He serves as Director of the IAE Center for Negotiation and Conflict Management (CONSENSUS) and leads several executive programs including the Executive Development Program and the Small and Medium-Sized Business Management Program. Additionally, he is a visiting professor at business schools in Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Brazil, and Mexico, and has consulted for over 100 companies across diverse sectors.
