Dr. Roberto Pinheiro is a Visiting Researcher in the Department of Zoology at the University of Cambridge. Holding a PhD in Soil Science from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (2022), his research focuses on the environmental impacts of sugarcane cultivation, particularly land use change effects on soil carbon, soil health, and greenhouse gas emissions (CO2 and N2O).
