Roberto Chang

Roberto Chang is a Distinguished Professor of Economics at Rutgers University and Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and previously served at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, NYU, and Princeton.
