Robert Ward

Robert Ward is an Associate Professor at the Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences Department (NDFS) within the S.J. & Jessie E. Quinney College of Agriculture & Natural Resources at Utah State University (USU). He serves as the Director of Food Science and a Principal Investigator at the Western Dairy Center.

His research focuses broadly on Food Science, Nutrition, and Dairy Science, with specific interests in Food Processing, Food Safety, and Agricultural Sciences. As a faculty member, he contributes to academic leadership through his directorship and investigative roles in food science initiatives.
