Robert Tague is the Earleene Nolan Sanders Alumni Professor in the Department of Geography & Anthropology at Louisiana State University (LSU), College of Humanities & Social Sciences. His research focuses on reproductive biology, human evolutionary anatomy, and anatomical variability. He holds a Ph.D. (1986) and M.A. (1980) from Kent State University, and a B.A./B.S. (1973) from Duke University.
Key research areas include pelvic sexual dimorphism, vertebral morphology variations, and evolutionary adaptations in humans and mammals. His recent work explores homeotic transformations of vertebrae and sacral variability across species.
