Robert Sternberg is a Professor of Psychology in the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University, where he serves as Director of the M.A. Graduate Program. Previously, he held leadership roles as Provost and Senior Vice President at Oklahoma State University, Dean of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University, and IBM Professor at Yale University. A past president of the American Psychological Association and recipient of 13 honorary doctorates, his work bridges psychological theory and educational reform.
