Robert S. Walker is an Affiliated Lecturer in New Testament Greek at the Faculty of Divinity, University of Cambridge, where he also serves as an Undergraduate Supervisor in both the Faculty of Divinity and Faculty of Linguistics. He completed his MPhil and PhD in Theology and Religious Studies at Cambridge, with his PhD awarded in January 2025. His research focuses on Hebrew Bible/Septuagint, Second Temple Judaism, ancient texts and text-cultures, scribal practices, linguistics, and Egyptology.
Walker coordinates the Sutton Trust Summer School Programme for Theology, Religion, and Philosophy of Religion and is a Cambridge Trust Scholar. His academic contributions center on the intersection of linguistic analysis and historical religious texts.
