Dr. Robert Parks is an Assistant Professor of Theology at Ohio Dominican University, with additional graduate-level teaching responsibilities. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Dayton, focusing on St. Augustine's Theological Anthropology, particularly questions of human equality in creation and redemption. His academic credentials also include an M.A. from The Catholic University of America and a B.A. from Ohio Dominican University.
- Research Focus: Early African Christianity, Latin Church Fathers (especially Augustine), Trinitarian Theology of Gregory of Nazianzus, Theology of the first seven Ecumenical Councils, and environmental care in ancient Christian contexts.
- Teaching: Introductory Theology and World Religions courses, with advanced instruction in Systematic and Historical Theology.
