Robert O'Brien

Robert O'Brien is an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the Center for West European Studies within the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. He concurrently serves as a Cybersecurity Strategist at Apple, focusing on international cybersecurity policy since 2019. His expertise lies at the intersection of international affairs, business, and cybersecurity.
