Robert Müller is a Research Fellow at the Technical University of Berlin's Institute of Chemistry, where he is a member of the Theoretical Chemistry group led by Prof. Martin Kaupp. He is an active participant in the Collaborative Research Center (CRC) 1349 "Fluorine-Specific Interactions: Fundamentals and Applications", contributing to subproject C2.
His research focuses on Theoretical Chemistry, with particular interests in Computational Chemistry, Fluorine Chemistry, and Quantum Chemistry. Within CRC 1349, he investigates the fundamental aspects of fluorine-containing compounds and their applications, employing advanced computational methods to understand molecular interactions.
As part of the CRC 1349, Dr. Müller is involved in a large-scale interdisciplinary research initiative funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). This center brings together chemists, physicists, and materials scientists from multiple universities to advance the science of fluorine chemistry.
