Robert Harris is a Professor in the Communications Media department at Fitchburg State University's School of Arts and Sciences. He teaches a comprehensive range of film production courses including History of Documentary Film & Video, Introduction to Film and Video, Audio Production, and Advanced Documentary.
His research focuses on innovative approaches to non-fiction media:

Harris holds an M.F.A. from the University of California San Diego and a B.A. from Colgate and Sarah Lawrence. His teaching spans foundational to advanced film production techniques, emphasizing creative non-fiction approaches.
