Robert Harper is a Visiting Professor in Optometry at the School of Health Sciences, City University London, and an Honorary Professor in Optometry at another institution. He is also an Optometrist Consultant at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and holds a Life Fellowship from the College of Optometrists. His research focuses on low vision rehabilitation, glaucoma management, care pathway optimization, and diagnostic test evaluation.
