Robert Evans

The Revd Dr Robert Evans serves as Chaplain at Christ's College and Affiliated Lecturer in the Faculty of Divinity at the University of Cambridge. His research examines the relationship between theology and society in the early medieval west, particularly during the Carolingian Empire.

Evans teaches courses on early Christianity and medieval history, including 'Making Christians in the Roman Empire' and 'Christianity in Late Antiquity'. His publications analyze theological dimensions of Carolingian historical writing and law.
